Fewer falls injuries

The falls and fractures outcomes framework was developed to support quality improvement across the health system to reduce harm from falls. It defines and measures processes and outcomes that matter to older people. It helps health sector partners to focus on areas for innovation and improvement, and evaluate the impact of related interventions.
